Introducing the team working behind the scenes

He began his journey in Malaysia as a security guard, facing numerous challenges along the way. Despite these hardships, his determination to survive and thrive in this new country never wavered.

In 2012, a breakthrough opportunity came his way when he secured a job at a hotel. This role not only provided him with a stable income but also became a learning ground where he gained valuable skills and met influential people. Through these connections, he was introduced to the manpower business. Motivated by this new knowledge, he gradually started his own manpower service business while still working at the hotel, dedicating himself fully to its growth.

His hard work paid off as he amassed a significant client base. Though the pandemic posed challenges, causing some clients to move on, his resilience saw him through. Now, he is back on track, expanding his reach in Kuala Lumpur and other states in Malaysia. Today, he proudly manages a workforce of over 300 foreign workers from India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Indonesia, Pakistan, and the Philippines, showcasing his remarkable journey of perseverance and success.

In addition to his operational duties, he is deeply involved in strategic planning, efficient task batching, and quality assurance. He plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication between supervisors, managers, and clients, fostering a collaborative and transparent work environment. His ability to align the company’s strategic goals with day-to-day operations has been instrumental in driving the company’s success.

Outside of work, he enjoys playing cricket and football, staying active, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. He is also family-oriented and cherishes spending quality time with his kids. His dedication to both his professional and personal life reflects his balanced approach to life, making him not only a valuable team member but also a loving and engaged parent.

Works as a HR professional with a rich background in the semiconductor and media industries. Her career began in the semiconductor sector, where she developed a deep understanding of managing talent within a highly technical and fast-paced environment. Transitioning to the media industry, she adeptly handled the unique challenges of managing creative professionals.

Currently, she governs the day-to-day HR functionalities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Her responsibilities include visa approvals, overseeing workers’ performance, and managing payroll. Her meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence ensure that all HR processes run seamlessly. By fostering a positive work environment and implementing effective HR strategies, she plays a crucial role in the company’s success, ensuring that the workforce remains motivated and productive.

Outside of her professional life, she enjoys travelling, listening to the radio, and watching TV. These hobbies provide her with a balanced lifestyle and a chance to unwind from her demanding career. Her love for travel allows her to explore new cultures and gain fresh perspectives, while her interest in media keeps her connected to the latest trends in the industry she once worked in. Her love for badminton reflects her energetic and enthusiastic personality, qualities that she brings to both her personal and professional endeavors.

She is a Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Management Accounting. A dynamic and results-oriented professional with over 6 years of experience in mall administration and the hotel industry. Skilled in managing operations, leading teams, and delivering exceptional service at all levels. Previous experience includes working as a junior accountant in a freight forwarding and logistics company in the UAE, complemented by 8 years of experience in the BPO industry.

Currently focused on talent acquisition, specializing in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to meet the needs of various clients across different sectors.

In addition to her professional pursuits, she enjoys cooking, watching television, and spending time at home. She also has a passion for music and dance
